What Does this blood Test Result Mean?

Hello Doc,
My 10 year old girl had lab work done. Results show EOS 9, EOS absolute 0.5, WBC 6-10, Esterase 1+.
She also has high LDL 116, Triglycerides 107, and low Vitamin D (17). I am stumped because we eat very healthy and she enjoys salad, swims, bikes, martial arts (3 hours per week), in addition to things at school like gym.
She has been complaining that she feels heavy and tight after the gym for last few weeks.
Any ideas how we should be handling the situation?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The blood work out shows elevated eosinophils.
Elevated eosinophils are seen in allergic conditions, parasitic infections, drugs and neoplasms.
Thus, cause of eosinophilia has to be found out.
LDL and triglyceride levels are elevated which denote deranged lipid profile.
Raised levels of LDL and triglyceride despite a healthy life style suggests can be due to familial.
You need to consult your physician for management of elevated LDL and triglyceride levels

Thanks and take care
Dr Shailja puri.
